Tenants

Our tenant portal allows you to easily send maintenance requests to our team. Our emergency lines are open 24/7, and our team is ready to assist you as quickly as possible whenever you have concerns.

Tenants can renew their lease at the end of their tenancy period. Our staff will assess your compliance with the lease terms. If your records are in good standing, our staff will walk you through the renewal process and respond to any questions you may have.

Our online tenant portal simplifies the rental payment process. If a tenant misses the rental payment deadline, they’re granted a three days grace period. If there is a delay in payment past the grace period, the tenant will be charged a late fee and they may be served a 3-Day notice to vacate.

We know life is busy. That’s why we provide a tenant portal to make your life easier! You can pay your rent online, via the tenant portal, ACH, credit card, or at select CVS or Convenient stores. We also have a Dropbox located in the office door for your convenience.

You’ll be rewarded for paying your rent on-time with our Resident Rewards program. You’ll receive an invitation to download the Pinata App and join the program. You can even earn e-gift cards by simply completing your profile!

With each on-time rent payment you’ll also be able to track your Credit Building through the same Piñata App used for your Resident Rewards.

We’ll use high-quality photographs of your rental unit(s) to effectively advertise your property. Advertisements will be posted on top-rated listing websites, social media, and company websites to broaden your property’s reach. 

Our team takes a proactive approach by regularly inspecting properties to ensure they’re kept in pristine condition and optimal functionality. We identify potential issues and provide recommendations to resolve them, this guarantees tenants can enjoy their leasing experience and the owner can relax knowing that his property is good hands.

Our experienced maintenance team is on-call 24/7 to respond to any request. In the event of an emergency, our team will reach out to one of our qualified vendors, who will swiftly resolve the issue.
